Baseline Study for the Danida-supported Human Rights and Good Governance Programme Phase III, DFID-supported Enabling State Programme, and Rights Democracy and Inclusion Fund Phase II

This study was undertaken jointly by Social Science Baha and Interdisciplinary Analysts to review and refine the indicators and means of verification, and establish baseline and benchmarks for the Danida-supported Human Rights and Good Governance Programme Phase III (HRGGP-III), DFID-supported extended phase of the Enabling State Programme (ESP), and Rights, Democracy and Inclusion Fund (RDIF-II), with the aim of contributing to the development of appropriate monitoring and evaluation frameworks for tracking the performance of HRGGP-III, ESP and RDIF-II.
