Himalayan Research: Perspectives from Yale University

At this public event, three senior faculty members from Yale University will make brief presentations. Themes will include the importance of interdisciplinary work in the Himalaya, situating the region within the broader context of Asian Studies, and the prospects and challenges of long-term international collaborations. A Question and Answer session will follow. Scholars, students and practitioners with an interest in any aspect of Himalayan research are encouraged to attend.
